A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SILVATRUCKING 36 W MATHEWS RD, FRENCH CAMP February 25 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tank for used oil is not being inspected weekly. Hazardous waste tanks must <br /> be inspected weekly as described in this section. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations section 262.16 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start to inspect the hazardous waste tanks as required by this section. Provide <br /> a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 51 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030034-Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following emergency equipment needs to be addressed: <br /> -One wall mounted eyewash station not maintained observed in the shop. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eyewash station into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 3/28/2025 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
