The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to <br /> the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br /> copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD). <br /> This is Class 2 Violation. <br /> 8 CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2)3010013-All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transporte rom the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: <br /> -0091896 SKS, 5/10/2024 <br /> -008762460SKS,06/12/2023 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years.This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br /> the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD).
