Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br /> Foothill Sanitary Landfill (39-AA-0004) <br /> 11/28/2023 <br /> 1. Submit the 3rd quarter LFG monitoring report to the LEA. <br /> 2. Please note that the LFG monitoring report is due within 30 days of the end of <br /> the monitoring period. Example: the 4th quarter 2023 report will be due by <br /> January 30, 2024. Submit the report on time to avoid violation. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br /> 2. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG-117=0% (all three <br /> probes) and SG-119=0% (all three probes). <br /> 3. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> 4. No prohibited waste observed at the active face. <br /> 5. All records maintained and up to date. <br /> 6. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 7.
