The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. Previous violation cleared. <br /> 2. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -'20=0% (all three <br /> probes), SG — 121=0% (all three probes). <br /> 3. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> 4. No prohibited waste observed at the active face. <br /> 5. All records maintained and up to date. <br /> 6. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 7.
