Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br /> Foothill Sanitary Landfill (39-AA-0004) <br /> 3/21/2024 <br /> 27 CCR 20680 - Daily Cover <br /> The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The tarps were in good repair. Uncovered solid <br /> waste was observed at the active face from the previous day. <br /> 1. Ensure that all waste is completely covered on a daily basis. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -'22=0% (all three <br /> probes), SG — 123=0% (all three probes). <br /> 2. The Operator emailed the EHD a copy of the quarterly gas monitoring report. The EHD <br /> reviewed the report and determined that it met the requirements of the landfill SWFP. <br /> Previous AC cleared. <br /> 3. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> 4. No prohibited waste observed at the active face. <br /> 5. All records maintained and up to date. <br /> 6. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 7.
