Inspection Report Comments <br />Weather: clear skies and minimal winds during the inspection.1. <br />Site is secured. Site attendant was observed at the entrance (scale house) during the inspection.2. <br />The entrance/exits were observed to be clean and free of litter and/or tracking.3. <br />Traffic in/out of the facility does not interfere with adjacent public streets/roads4. <br />Roads were accessible and well maintained.5. <br />The site uses soil and tarps for cover. Tarps were used on the day of the inspection.6. <br />On-site personnel were observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. One spotter was <br />observed at the active face. <br />7. <br />Minimal birds were observed. Handheld bird bombs are utilized as needed.8. <br />Rodent bait stations observed throughout the facility.9. <br />Odor and dust minimal. Water trucks were in use at the time of the inspection.10. <br />Vegetation is moderate.
