All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #24 VGB Suction Covers <br />OBSERVATIONS: Main drain cover was observed loose. Re-secure main drain cover today. Close pool area until the <br />corrections are made and verified by this department. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All suction outlets shall be equipped with suction covers that meet the applicable ANSI/APSP-16 <br />performance standards. (CBC 3137B) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #8 Pool and Deck Lighting <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to verify if light is in good working order. Ensure pool light is in good working order. Correct today. <br />(REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pools used at night shall be equipped with underwater light fixtures that provide complete illumination of <br />the pool. When a pool is used at night, pool deck and emergency egress areas shall be provided with lighting. If underwater or deck <br />lighting is not operational, the pool operator shall post a sign in 4-inch letters stating "NO USE OF POOL ALLOWED AFTER DARK" and <br />shall secure the pool area and not permit any use of the pool after dark. (3115B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is above 100 ppm. Adjust to below 100 ppm.
