We rewired them and replaced the <br />connectors. After that, the <br />pump came back on again and the water started circulating to the tanks. <br />We also raised the temperature to 180° to be able to get the desired temperature <br />in the sinks. We got 130° <br />at the meat department and at the end of line, which is the bakery, we got 121°. <br />Work Requested: <br />‘High Priority, Immediate Dispatch Required* <br />The store is reporting that the health inspector found that the water to the <br />departments is below 120 degrees, and 2 boilers are currently down.
