Jack Tone Road, Stockton APN:183-060-10 June 23, 2025 <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-605.010). <br /> 4) The existing private water wells shall be tested for nitrates with the results submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-601.0200)). <br /> 5) Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-601.010 (b)). <br /> 6) Any existing wells or septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010 & 9- <br /> 601.020) <br /> 7) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). <br />
