The report does not reflect variations which may occur beyond <br /> the sampled area. <br /> The findings of this report are valid as of the present. However,changes in the conditions of the Site can <br /> occur with the passage of time, whether caused by natural processes or the work of man. In addition, <br /> changes in applicable or appropriate standards may occur, whether they result from legislation, <br /> governmental policy, or the broadening of knowledge. <br /> This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of San Joaquin County in accordance with generally <br /> accepted environmental engineering practices in San Joaquin County at the time the services were <br /> performed. BSK's services were performed for the sole purpose of evaluating environmental conditions <br /> at the site. <br /> No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are made. The passage of time, natural processes, or <br /> human intervention on the facility or adjacent properties and/or changes in the regulations can cause <br /> changed conditions, which can invalidate the findings, conclusions, and recommendations presented in <br /> this Report. <br />
