Although Atlas will take reasonable precautions
in an attempt to minimize potential damage to buried structures present in the investigation area, Atlas
is not responsible for any damage to underground structures not identified to Atlas prior to initiation of
investigation activities. If a drawing(s) of the site is available (blue-line, as built, etc.)that indicates the
location of buried site features (e.g., utilities, other buried objects, etc.), Atlas requests that the
drawing(s) be forwarded to Atlas for review as soon as possible.
• All fieldwork will be able to be performed in standard Level D personal protection equipment;
• This estimate does not include delays and costs associated with inspections, city requirements, owner
contracted items, changes to scope of work and other unforeseen conditions.
AUTHORIZATION
If this proposal and cost estimate are acceptable, please sign and return the attached Service Order and
Client Services Agreement.
