The requirements for submittal a Workplan for <br /> additional site characterization were presented in a letter by the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) dated June 22, 2023.' This Workplan presents a <br /> description of the planned scope of work to further define the petroleum hydrocarbon impacts at <br /> the site. A description of the property, background information, and the results of soil, <br /> groundwater, and soil gas testing at the site to date are presented in our most recent site <br /> investigation report dated June 8, 2023.2 <br /> A Vicinity Map showing the location of the subject property is presented as Plate 1. A Site Map <br /> showing the layout of the entire subject parcel with respect to nearby roadways is presented as <br /> Plate 2.
