SPOUSES CHEESEBURGER SEEMED TO BE OK. COMPLAINANT CLAIMS <br /> ABOUT HALF WAY THROUGH THEIR CHEESEBURGER THEY FOUND HAIR AND"GUNK" IN THE BURGER (SEE <br /> ATTACHED PHOTO).COMPLAINANT STATES THEY VOMITED TWICE THAT DAY AND HAS NOT FELT WELL SINCE. <br /> COMPLAINANT HAS DOCTOR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR TODAY(10/8/2018). PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT <br /> WITH FINDINGS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. She states that Red Robin's corporate office is handling their end <br /> of the complaint. <br /> Burgers are taken from the reach-in refrigerator, placed on the broiler belt, run through the broiler and finished on the grill. <br /> Raw burger temp is 38F/cooked burger temp is 177F this date. <br /> Upon inspection this date of the reach-in refrigerator, the broiler belt, the grill, the flat top and the wall unit broiler no hair was <br /> observed. There is minimal grease and food debris build-up this date. <br /> Employee's hair is properly restrained under hairnets, under a cap, or tightly pulled back. <br /> No major violations identified this date. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
