The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been addressed for EI Dorado Food Mart as of March 25, 2025. Open violations from August 14, 2024 inspection Violation#2-1010002-Business plan electronically submitted initially, annually,or triennially. OBSERVATION: Business has been storing onsite reportable quantities of hazardous materials since 2021 and has not submitted a complete Hazardous Materials Business Plan electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). REGULATION GUIDANCE:As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically.
