A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month , <br />less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers <br />are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ to <br />obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 1 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25404(e)(4) 3010036 - Program data reported electronically, and accurately, when <br />required. <br />OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. Hazardous waste generator was added to the business activities <br />in CERS during the inspection. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 14 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HW Inspection <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, May 2, 2025.
