In accordance with 40 CFR §262.262(a) and (b), The Home Depot is submitting copies of its Hazardous <br />Waste Contingency Plan and Quick Reference Guide to local emergency response agencies and attempting to <br />make arrangements with local authorities as required by 40 CFR 262.256 to ensure resources are available and <br />properly prepared to respond in the event of a hazardous waste incident at the site referenced above. <br />On behalf of The Home Depot, Arcadis is providing the enclosed Contingency Plan and Quick Reference Guide to <br />familiarize local emergency responders with: <br />• The layout of the facility <br />• Properties of hazardous waste handled at the facility and associated hazards <br />• Places where facility personnel would normally be working <br />• Possible evacuation routes <br />• Types of injuries or illnesses which could result from fires, explosions, or releases at the facility <br />Please review the enclosed Contingency Plan and Quick Reference Guide.
