All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Paper towels at the kitchen hand sink were not currently stocked inside the single-use paper towel <br />dispenser. Maintain the dispenser stocked at all times and in good repair to ensure proper hand washing. Obtain sanitizer test strips to ensure sanitizing solution <br />has concentration of a minimum of 100 PPM chlorine for proper sanitation of dishes and utensils. Maintain hand-washing signs posted in the food employee-designated restrooms at all times. <br />Correct within three days.
