Things are changing so fast within the prison system. I barely have time <br /> to catch my breath. <br /> I am requesting an extension be granted for the Corrective Action and proof of training for staff at DVI concerning <br /> proper disposal of Medical Waste. I would like the extension deadline to be January 15th due to the holidays and time <br /> off requested by staff.
