We have not yet received a scope of work regarding the repairs to the site. As previously stated, all repairs to the tank or any other already approved part of the tank system must be approved by our department in writing prior to any work being conducted. Please immediately submit a scope of work for the tank repairs for approval by our department. We will also want to be present during any tank testing conducted both before and after any backfilling or concrete pouring activities involving the tanks and tank pad area. As per the original installation approval letter, all inspections can be made by emailing our UST email (ust sjgov.org) and providing at least 48 hour advance notice. We may be able to accommodate appointments with less than 48 hour notice if there is inspector availability. Those requests should also be made directly to our UST email and not to any individual inspector.
