ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF SOIL-VAPOR SAMPLES <br /> • Tetrachloroethene (PCE) was detected in nine of the ten soil vapor samples at <br /> concentrations ranging between 16 micrograms per cubic meter (pg/m3; V7-C)and <br /> 960 pg/m3 (V10-D). <br /> • Trichloroethene (TCE) was detected in one of the ten samples at a concentration <br /> of 11 pg/m3(V9-A). <br /> • Benzene was detected in nine of the ten samples at a maximum concentration of <br /> 28 pg/m3(V7C-A). <br /> • Helium was not detected in any of the samples collected during the January 2024 <br /> investigation. <br /> • Several additional VOCs, including 1,3-betadiene, ethanol, acetone, 2-propanol, <br /> carbon disulfide, methylene chloride, hexane, 2-butanone (methyl ethyl ketone), <br /> tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, cyclohexane, 2,2,4-trimethypentane, heptane, <br /> toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes were detected in one or more of the soil-vapor <br /> samples collected (Appendix B). <br /> Soil-vapor analytical results are summarized in Table 2. <br /> 3.3. ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF INDOOR AIR SAMPLES <br /> • PCE was detected in all three indoor air samples at concentrations ranging <br /> between 0.31 pg/m3 IA-308B Ham)and 4.5 pg/m3 (IA-306 Ham). <br /> • TCE was not detected in any of the indoor or ambient samples collected during the <br /> investigation. <br /> • Benzene was detected in all three indoor air and the ambient air sample at a <br /> maximum concentration of 0.61 pg/m3(IA-306 Ham). <br /> • Several additional VOCs, including freon 11, ethanol, acetone, 2-propanol, <br /> 4-methyl-2-pentanone, freon 12, 1,1,1-trichoroethane, chloroform, carbon <br /> tetrachloride, 1,2-dichloroethane, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes were <br /> detected in the indoor air samples collected at low levels (Appendix B). <br /> Indoor air and the ambient air sample results are summarized in Table 3. <br /> 4.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based upon the environmental activities completed, AGI concludes the following: <br />
