%% eurofins <br /> Air Toxics <br /> LABORATORY NARRATIVE <br /> Modified TO-15 Full Scan/SIM <br /> AdvancedGeo, Inc <br /> Workorder# 2401195 <br /> Four 6 Liter Summa Canister (100% SIM Ambient) samples were received on January 10, 2024. The <br /> laboratory performed analysis via modified EPA Method TO-15 using GUMS in the Full Scan and <br /> SIM acquisition modes. The method involves concentrating up to 1.0 liters of air. The concentrated <br /> aliquot is then flash vaporized and swept through a water management system to remove water vapor. <br /> Following dehumidification, the sample passes directly into the GUMS for analysis. <br /> Method modifications taken to run these samples are summarized in the table below. The two data files have the same base file name and are differentiated with a <br /> "sim" extension on the SIM data file. <br /> The recovery of surrogate 4-Bromofluorobenzene in sample IA-308A Ham was outside laboratory <br /> control limits due to high level hydrocarbon matrix interference. The surrogate recovery is flagged. <br /> Ethanol was detected at concentrations less than 5 times the reporting limit in sample Ambient. <br /> Because the preceding sample contained concentrations of Ethanol exceeding the calibration range, <br /> the result for this compound in sample Ambient may be biased high. <br /> Page 4 of 44 <br />
