Stantec observed the degree of care and skill that are exercised by <br /> the profession under similar circumstances and conditions. No other warranty is expressed or <br /> implied. <br /> Stantec's observations, findings, and opinions should not be considered as scientific certainties, <br /> but only as opinion based upon our professional judgment concerning the significance of the <br /> data gathered during the development of the SAP.
