SAP/QAPP Addendum
Lodi-125 N Stockton
Final
March 24,2025
2.5 Potential Analytes of Concern and Exposure Routes
Because of the Site's historical use as an MGP,the former/potential USTs,and the Lodi groundwater plume,
potential AOCs in building materials,soil, soil gas,and indoor air exist on the Site.
Based on the date of construction of the unoccupied office building,potential AOCs pertaining to hazardous
building materials are:
• Asbestos containing material (ACM);
• Lead-based paint(LBP);and
• Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB).
Potential AOCs pertaining to soil are:
• Arsenic;
• Lead;
• Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAl);and
• Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPl).
Potential AOCs pertaining to soil gas and indoor air are:
• VOCs.
AOCs present at concentrations above screening levels (SL) could pose a health risk via inhalation,direct
contact,or incidental ingestion.
The redevelopment plan for the Site is to expand the downtown zoning for mixed use zoning. Potential users
of the Site would include workers and visitors.Additionally,hazardous building materials pose a short-term
risk of exposure to construction workers via inhalation or ingestion of asbestos and lead.
8
