SAP/QAPP Addendum <br /> Lodi-125 N Stockton <br /> Final <br /> March 24,2025 <br /> 5.0 REQUEST FOR ANALYSIS RATIONALE <br /> This section presents a narrative of intended sampling and analysis during the project,and a narrative of <br /> expected laboratory analytical procedures. <br /> 5.1 Analysis Narrative <br /> A total of 37 soil samples,four duplicates,and two matrix spike (MS)/matrix spike duplicate (MSD) type <br /> samples will be collected at 11 locations around the MGP footprint and the historical UST.A total of 40 soil <br /> gas samples and four duplicates will be collected throughout the Site.A total of five indoor air,one duplicate <br /> and one outdoor air sample will be collected inside and/or outside of the unoccupied office building(Figure <br /> 3). Samples will be collected at the locations listed in Table 5-1.The samples will be submitted for analyses <br /> listed in Site-Specific QAPP Worksheet#10 and Site-Specific QAPP Worksheet#18. <br /> An estimated 100 ACM, 15 LBP,and 10 PCB-containing caulk samples will be collected at the unoccupied <br /> office building(see Table 5-1). California-certified asbestos consultants and California Department of Public <br /> Health-certified lead-related construction inspector/risk assessors will conduct ACM and LBP building <br /> inspections.Duplicate and MS/MSD samples will not be collected because they are not a part of protocol for <br /> asbestos and lead paint inspections.Bulk asbestos samples and paint chip samples will be analyzed via <br /> methods listed in Site-Specific QAPP Worksheet#10 and Site-Specific QAPP Worksheet#18. <br /> Site-Specific QAPP Worksheet#19 (at the end of this section) summarizes laboratory analyses,sample <br /> container types and volumes,preservatives,and holding times. Site-Specific QAPP Worksheet#20 (at the <br /> end of this section) summarizes sample numbers,duplicate samples (one per 10 field samples;not including <br /> bulk building materials samples),equipment blanks (from non-dedicated soil and water sampling equipment <br /> used) and MS/MSD samples (one per 20 field samples,not including bulk building materials samples) for all <br /> samples to be collected for analysis. <br /> 43 <br />
