Samples of suspected LBP and other lead-containing,surface- <br /> coating materials will be analyzed for lead via EPA Method 7000B (EPA 2007).The samples will be <br /> submitted for analysis to an NLVAP-accredited laboratory. Materials containing greater than or equal to <br /> 5,000 ppm or 0.5 percent lead by weight are hazardous according to HUD and EPA. <br /> 45 <br />
