El Dorado Street in Stockton (Site). In this letter, Staff requested that you <br /> submit (1) a report of remediation system installation and startup by 4 August 2023, and <br /> (2) a work plan for an additional downgradient monitoring well by 18 August 2023. <br /> On 14 August 2023, Central Valley Water Board staff participated in an Expedited Claim <br /> Account Program (ECAP)joint execution team (JET) call with you (the Responsible Party), <br /> Bryan Yates of Apex Envirotech Inc. (Apex), and State Water Board staff to discuss this <br /> case. In this call, the JET agreed that two additional deep monitoring wells are needed to <br /> delineate the downgradient extent of the Site dissolved hydrocarbon plume. The JET also <br /> agreed on revised due dates for the remediation startup report and well installation work <br /> plan. <br /> As agreed upon, Central Valley Water Board staff requests the following- <br /> 1. By 8 September 2023, please submit a work plan for the installation of two <br /> additional deep zone monitoring wells east and southeast of existing well MW-12, in <br /> the general vicinity of previous borings B-15 and B-16. The screen interval for <br /> these wells is to be similar to that of MW-12. <br /> 2. By 31 October 2023, please submit a report of installation and startup of the multi- <br /> phase extraction (MPE) remediation system.
