This frequency may be changed after the <br /> first year of operation. <br /> Approximate Installation/Startup Schedule <br /> The approximate installation and start up schedule is shown below: <br /> Time Interval <br /> From Work Ian Approval Milestone <br /> One Month CVRWQCB Remedial Action Plan approval. <br /> Acquire drilling and system permits; underground utilities <br /> One month after approval notification, scheduling and begin drilling. (May require up to <br /> by CVRWQCB 60 days to perform mandatory public notification and wait for <br /> comments. <br /> One Month Acquire building permits; and gas and electricity power <br /> connections <br /> Three Months Order equipment; prepare fenced area at site for equipment <br /> arrival. <br /> Two Months Obtain Authority to Construct permit. <br /> Weather ermitlin Begin construction. <br /> Five Months Complete construction. <br /> Two Months Source testing: begin operation and obtain Permit to Operate <br /> Reporting <br /> Upon the completion of the system installation and first month of operation, Apex will prepare a <br /> MPE Installation and Startup Report. The report will include details of the MPE system <br /> installation, MPE well installations and the first month of system operation. Copies of this report <br /> will be submitted to each of the regulatory and permitting agencies involved in the project <br /> including the CVRWQCB, SJCEI-ID, the City of Stockton, and She SJVAPCD. The report will <br /> include the initial results of the compliance sampling of the influent and effluent water and vapor <br /> streams. <br /> Additionally, after the MPE Installation and Startup Report is submitted, the remediation system <br /> reporting will be included in the ongoing semi-annual groundwater monitoring and reporting <br /> program for the Site. <br />
