Permanent monitoring wells are required to be surveyed. Additionally, upload of electronic data to GeoTracker is required, including: • Well location and elevation survey data (GeoXY and GeoZ) • Well gauging data (GeoWELL) • Laboratory electronic data files (EDFs) • Boring logs. Of these file types, it appears that only GeoZ survey data has been uploaded for the Site UST case. As AGI has been working the UST case since 1995, by 20 April 2023 please inform Central Valley Water Board staff of any outstanding historical electronic data already in AGI's possession, and upload them to GeoTracker. Please also identify any historical electronic data not in their possession. If AGI is not in possession of GeoXY survey data, please resurvey Site wells (MW-1 through MW-10, EW-1, SV1 through SV3) for location and elevation and submit the survey data to GeoTracker by 19 June 2023. By this date please also upload the GeoWELL and EDF data for the 1 St quarter 2018 and 1 st quarter 2021 groundwater sampling events. 5. Due to the CVOC vapor intrusion risk to the adjacent residence, Central Valley Water Board staff recommends that you apply for funding through the State Water Board's Site Cleanup Subaccount Program (SCAP). State Water Board established SCAP in order to issue grants for projects that "remediate the harm or threat of harm to human health, safety, or the environment caused by existing or threatened surface water or groundwater contamination". Please note that due to the vapor intrusion risk, you must immediately commence with completing the above discussed scope of work, and may not wait for a SCAP funding decision to be made.
