All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The KEEP CLOSED and the diarrhea notice signage is covered up by the POOL CLOSED sign. <br /> The pool is OK to open. Removed this sign so the KEEP CLOSED sign and diarrhea notice sign are visible to swimmers on the <br /> pool entrance gate. <br /> Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained.(CCR 65535)Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br /> letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high,unless otherwise specified.Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole,gate,or similar <br /> permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users,unless otherwise specified.(CBC 3120B) <br /> This is(Minor-Food)Violation. <br /> #19 Depth Markers <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The depth marker tile and the no diving tile at the shallow end of the pool deck are lacking (broken). replace <br /> these tiles by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Depth markers shall be clearly marked in the following locations:at maximum depth,at minimum depth,at <br /> each end,on both sides at each end,at the slope break,and along the perimeter of the pool at distances not to exceed 25 feet. Depth <br /> markers shall be 4 inches high in a contrasting color and be marked in units of feet and inches. For pool water depths 6 feet and <br /> shallower, markers with universal"NO DIVING"symbol shall be installed on the deck directly adjacent to the depth markers.
