Our department has moved to a new database and is experiencing unforeseen <br /> difficulties. During this time, our department will consider Jays Gourmet as being open for <br /> business with a valid operating permit. If an inspection occurs, Jays Gourmet will not be <br /> penalized or cited for not displaying a current health permit.
