Phase 11 Environmental Site Assessment Report Page 5 <br /> WESTLAKE SUBDIVISION VILLAGE E, G, H, I AND J <br /> Regatta Lane <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WKA No. 13221.02 <br /> July 27, 2021 <br /> not exceed the reported background arsenic concentrations that range between 7.1 and 10.8 <br /> milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg). <br /> The results presented in this report demonstrate that none of the RECs listed below have been <br /> validated by the data presented in this report. <br /> • The potential presence of OCPs and total arsenic in soil that was excavated to <br /> construct the lake and that was placed as fill over the remaining portion of the Site. <br /> • The potential presence of OCPs and total arsenic in soil that is stockpiled at locations <br /> within the Site. <br /> • The potential presence of OCPs and total arsenic in soil that was covered by the <br /> approximately 2'/2 feet thickness of soil that was placed as fill over the Site. <br /> 6.0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> WKA has concluded that there are no remaining Recognized Environmental Conditions and <br /> recommends that no further study of this Site be conducted. WKA should be immediately <br /> notified of any future discovery of conditions that were not understood at the time WKA <br /> conducted this study. <br /> San Joaquin County has requested to receive a copy of this report as a condition of the Boring <br /> permits issued for this project. WKA recommends that Lennar provide a copy of this report <br /> to San Joaquin County in order that WKA can comply with the San Joaquin County Soil <br /> Boring Permit requirements for this project.
