<br />Sewage Discharge Notification. CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411.5(a) EHD must be notified of sewage discharges; CA Health
<br />& Safety Code, Section 5411.5(b) - Any person who fails to provide notice to the EHD of a sewage spill is guilty of a misdemeanor.
