North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Page 45 8.3 BMP Descriptions The following table summarizes the activities at the North County Landfill, the potential pollutant sources, and the potential pollutants. BMPs for the potential pollutant sources are also listed below. See the tabulated table below for frequency of each BMP. BMPs are utilized by all facility personnel and maintenance staff.
