In an email dated 6 December 2024, Atlas Technical LLC (Atlas) submitted <br /> proposed revised down-gradient grab groundwater sample locations. In an email dated <br /> 9 December 2024, Central Valley Water Board staff agreed with the proposed revised <br /> locations. Between April and July 2025, Atlas and Central Valley Water Board staff have <br /> exchanged multiple emails and voice messages discussing the status of boring location <br /> access issues, permitting, and driller and field inspection scheduling of down-gradient <br /> borings. <br /> In an email dated 24 July 2025, Atlas stated they met with City staff and determined <br /> locations for the two borings. Atlas further stated that they need to submit a traffic <br /> control plan to the City for approval to obtain a final encroachment permit. Eight months <br /> have passed since staff approved the revised sampling locations. You need to collect <br /> down-gradient groundwater samples to move this project forward. Please submit a <br /> results report by 15 December 2025. <br /> You are responsible for continued annual groundwater monitoring, performed during the <br /> third quarter, at the Site.
