12.0 Records and Reports
12.1 Records
Sampling locations will be set up, operated, calibrated, and maintained using standard methods.
Data relating to setup, operation, calibration, and maintenance of sampling equipment will be
recorded and maintained in the monitoring field work sheets and field audit sheet. Copies of the
field worksheets will be included in the report. Copies of the monitoring records will be
provided to Allied to be submitted to the LEA.
Meteorological Data
The MET data will be recorded electronically using a existing data logger system at the site.
12.2 Reports
Upon completion of the sampling event, Shaw will tabulate the field data and prepare a report to
be submitted to the LEA. The report will include the field data and the laboratory analytical data
to determine an asbestos baseline level and the sampling results. Data from the field sampling
activity will be recorded by Shaw. Analytical data from the laboratory will be obtained by Shaw.
Data will be tabulated and used for preparing a sampling report.
A final asbestos air monitoring report will be prepared by Shaw that documents the monitoring
results for the entire project and will be submitted within 60 calendar days after completion of
the monitoring. The report will contain a summary of monitoring done, analytical and quality
assurance/quality control (QA/QC) data. This will include an evaluation of the QA/QC data
generated during the ambient air monitoring activities. The report will list and describe in detail
instances when the air quality action levels were exceeded and what corrective measures were
implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
