Due <br /> to the State's spring <br /> bond sale,which <br /> includes CHCF <br /> refunding bonds, DOF <br /> will not be signing the <br /> agreement until the <br /> refunding bonds are <br /> sold. Once sold, we will <br /> need to modify the <br /> language in the <br /> agreement to identify <br /> the new bond <br /> encumbrance. Once the <br /> language is modified we <br /> will re-route for <br /> signatures. <br /> I am painfully aware <br /> that this agreement has <br /> been plagued with <br /> delays over the past two <br /> years, so I understand <br /> this news is frustrating <br /> and likely will impact <br /> Forward's <br /> construction/well <br /> installation schedule. I <br /> do not have a time <br /> certain, but the bond <br /> sale team tells me that <br /> the bond sale should be <br /> complete in mid-May. I <br /> think that will put us at <br /> the first week of June <br /> for signing.
