Submit a proposed Detection Monitoring Plan <br />which includes analytical data of all <br />Background Monitoring Points for a period of <br />one year for Calaveras SI. <br />Prior to placement of waste <br />disposal into Calaveras SI <br />m. Submit a proposed WQPS, which includes but <br />not limited to, concentration limits for <br />monitoring parameters to be applied to the <br />Calaveras SI. <br />Prior to placement of waste <br />disposal into Calaveras SI <br />n. Submit an Amended ROWD incorporating the <br />construction of the Calaveras SI. Prior to placement of waste <br />disposal into Calaveras SI <br /> <br />All of the reports required above shall be prepared by a California-registered civil <br />engineer or certified engineering geologist. For the purposes of this section, a <br />“technical report” is a report incorporating the application of scientific or <br />engineering principles. <br />10. By 15 March 2017, the Discharger shall submit a revised PC/PCMP for LF-2 <br />consistent with the revised Partial FC/PCMP submitted under these WDRs for <br />LF-1, ·as approved by the Executive Officer, and all other requirements of this <br />Order and Title 27, section 21769(b). See Closure and Postclosure Specification <br />E.3. <br />11. Reports shall be submitted electronically via the State Water Board’s GeoTracker <br />Database (https://geotracker.waterboards.ca.gov). After uploading, the Discharger shall <br />notify Central Valley Water Board staff via email at <br />CentralVallySacramento@WaterBoards.ca.gov.
