The County <br />manages and enforces the contract for the operation of the landfill. The County also <br />provides engineering guidance, including final grading plans for individual Modules, and <br />environmental monitoring and reporting. These items are provided through the Solid <br />Waste Division’s Engineering Section. <br /> <br />Site Operator: Foothill Sanitary Landfill, Incorporated. <br /> <br />Presently, Foothill Inc. operates the Landfill under an operational contract with the <br />County. The Contract identifies the tasks and responsibilities Foothill Inc. Foothill Inc. <br />has delegated the operation of the Landfill to the site superintendent; Tony Gladney, in <br />accordance with the contract. <br /> <br />6.1.14.
