All rights reserved. <br /> <br />14.0 FACILITY MONITORING <br />County staff inspects the landfill and its associated facilities for any needed maintenance and <br />repair, to ensure that all facilities are functioning properly. The facility monitoring program for the <br />FSL includes regular maintenance, storm response, and site winterization. <br />14.1 Routine Maintenance <br />The County performs maintenance at the FSL, repairing minor damage, such as erosion rills <br />and ponding of water, on as needed basis. Maintenance monitoring is typically performed <br />monthly, unless there is a need for more frequent maintenance. Maintenance needs are typically <br />corrected immediately, but by no later than 30 days after monitoring is performed. <br />14.2 Storm Response <br />There was no need for storm response during the first semiannual 2025 period.
