City Of Escalon <br /> The above facility was inspected for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the <br /> Public Resources Code (PRC) and Title 14 and Title 27, California Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR). <br /> Violations <br /> 27 CCR 21190 - Postclosure Land Use <br /> Water treatment equipment, concrete, and wood posts observed at east area of the old <br /> dump. Equipment was observed along the southwest fence line. Equipment was <br /> observed in the gun range area. Asphalt and wood waste were observed at the base of <br /> the eastern slope. Asphalt was observed on top of the southern slope. This was <br /> previously an area of concern. <br /> A.)
