Two piles of concrete and soil mixture were observed on the old dump site. Operator shall <br /> not keep the material on site for long term. <br /> 2. There are no issues with site security and vegetation. <br /> 3. Trees and rosemary plants were planted for odor control near the eastern perimeter fence. <br /> There are currently no issues with the drip lines. <br /> 4. If owner or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the <br /> site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant to <br /> the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br /> agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 5.
