Only after verifying their identity and <br /> reason for visit shall any visitor be granted access into the facility proper. <br /> Visitors may be defined as any non-employee personnel representing vendors, contractors, <br /> deliveries, customers, or clients. <br /> Visitors will be restricted to authorized areas unless otherwise communicated. An <br /> accompanying employee will be required to remain with visiting personnel until which time <br /> they return to the designated reception area. Visitor logs and related records shall be <br /> maintained digitally with cloud-based storage. <br /> SECURITY SYSTEM/MONITORING: <br /> Appropriate alarm monitoring sensors will be fixed on every point of entry (doors and <br /> windows). Motion detector sensors will be placed on all exterior facing glass to include all <br /> windows and glass doors. Motion sensors will also be placed in hallways and the delivery <br /> and loading areas. <br /> Security monitors displaying all surveillance camera vantage points shall be maintained in <br /> the security office. <br /> The surveillance and alarm system shall also be capable of remote accessibility. <br /> In the event of alarm activation, it is critical that the appropriate personnel be dispatched in <br /> a timely manner to manage circumstances accordingly. <br /> • Burglar alarms response may escalate to requesting the dispatch of local law <br /> enforcement(San Joaquin County Sheriff), including dispatch of Sheriff <br /> personnel and notification of JKL Sunshine Corporation security and executive <br /> personnel <br /> ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES: <br /> • Signage shall be visibly posted on the building exterior advising of 24-hour <br /> video and audio surveillance <br /> • All windows of the Building(s) 3 &4 shall be appropriately reinforced and <br /> shall provide visual indication to potential intruders of expanded security <br /> measures <br /> • All dumpsters containing waste shall be kept locked, except as necessary for <br /> immediate use,within the facility's restricted perimeter <br /> • Roof access shall be restricted, secured, locked, and accessible only to JKL <br /> 4 <br />
