The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BURGER IM as of August 06, 2025. <br /> Open violations from March 31, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#4-1010008-Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br /> before the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date,January 15. <br /> -The last submittal was made on 5/9/2024 and a submittal has not been made for 2025, per the annual requirement. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#11 -1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. <br /> -The site map in CERS is lacking a North Orientation, Loading area and does not show adjacent streets/buildings. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
