-3- <br /> PA-2500200 (C) <br /> 10) Prior to release of the building permit the applicant shall submit the Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to Public Works. A copy of the approved SWPPP and all <br /> required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be maintained on the <br /> construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> 11) Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br /> Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number (WDID), <br /> issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works prior to release of the building <br /> permit.
