I
would appreciate a member of your staff contacting my office
at the above mentioned number or Hugh Burton at (209) 823-
7457 in order to set up a time for which your office can
inspect -t;he mobile home park.
I have been recently employed to represent the
homeowners of the Islander Mobile Home Park located at the
above-mentioned address.
Re: Islander Mobile Home Park
20801 Woodword, Manteca Ca. 95336
2. That the package plant which was originally
approved by the county has out lived il s usefulness’in that
the originally plant was approved foe approximately 47
mobilehomes and at this time there is over 80 mobilehomes
and over night campers using the property. It is my
understanding that a number of years ago the owners duo a
second pond, but the pond has never been approved by the
county.. It is also my understanding that they are at this
time using the pond for sewerage and this is causing an odor
and health problems.
1. Apparently one of the sewer lines that runs under
mobilehomes number 15 through 17 is only a 4 inch line.
Over rhe .. ac-.- 7 xo 0 y-a. a t-iexe Inas oeen a constant back
of sewerage.
