That the package plant which was originally approved by the county has out lived it’s usefulness in that the originally plant was approved for approximately 47 mobilehomes and at this time there is over 80 mobilehomes and over night campers using the property. It is my understanding that a number of years ago the owners dug a second pond, but the pond has never been approved by the county. It is also my understanding that they are at this time using the pond for sewerage and this is causing an odor and health problems. 1. Apparently one of the sewer lines that runs under mobilehomes number 15 through 17 is only a 4 inch line, over rhe xast 7 co 8 ^ears chere lias been e constant bacK of sewerage. The sewerage has not only got into the mobilehomes but has also got into the San Joaquin river. The areas of concern are as follows: I have been recently employed to represent the homeowners of the Islander Mobile Home Park located at the above mentioned address. The concerns that the homeowners have are what I believe are violations of both County and State laws.
