Box 2009
Stockton, CA
Islander Mobile Home Park
Manteca, CA 95336
Apparently, the sewer package plant, which was
originally developed within the park, was approved (by the
County) for 47 units. Apparently, there is over 100 units
attached to the package sewer plant - the equipment is,
frankly, overburdened.
I would certainly appreciate receiving from you any
copies of any building permits, plans, inspection permits,
etc., that you might have in your possession as it relates
to the building and development of the Islander Mobile Home
Part. if an of those records ar- new -rdth rho Dopartnient
of Housing and Development in the State would you please
refer this letter to the State, so I can get copies of all
that information.
Iām also very interested in receiving any information
regarding the electrical and water system that was
originally constructed in to the park and inspected by the
County. I would certainly appreciate if you have any of
those records that you would make copies for my office.
