Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA <br />Islander Mobile Home Park <br />Manteca, CA 95336 <br />Apparently, the sewer package plant, which was <br />originally developed within the park, was approved (by the <br />County) for 47 units. Apparently, there is over 100 units <br />attached to the package sewer plant - the equipment is, <br />frankly, overburdened. <br />I would certainly appreciate receiving from you any <br />copies of any building permits, plans, inspection permits, <br />etc., that you might have in your possession as it relates <br />to the building and development of the Islander Mobile Home <br />Part. if an of those records ar- new -rdth rho Dopartnient <br />of Housing and Development in the State would you please <br />refer this letter to the State, so I can get copies of all <br />that information. <br />I’m also very interested in receiving any information <br />regarding the electrical and water system that was <br />originally constructed in to the park and inspected by the <br />County. I would certainly appreciate if you have any of <br />those records that you would make copies for my office.
