Wyland confirmed PeneCore as the <br /> billable party per MFR, but Sergio is not with Penecore. Please have someone at Penecore with financial <br /> authority sign the MFR. <br /> • This project is not an Environmental Assessment (aka Phase II), as it is being directed by a regulatory body <br /> (Federal, most like Army's internal Clean up Unit).
