Underground Storage Tank
Secondary Containment Testing Report Form
9. COMMENTS
CS1=Containment Solutions, Inc. APT=Advanced Polymer Technology. PS=Piping Sump.
Total Cont=Total Containment.
*Note: Unable to maintain a stable pressure on all Secondary Piping due to the test seal off boots
and crossover tubing. We found multible test boots and crossover tubes split or borken off inside
both the Turbine Piping Sumps and all four UDC's. I Recommend all 16 test seal off boots and all
crossover tubes be replaced to obtain proper seal off for testing. I recommend no hydorstatic
testing of the Turbine Piping Sumps or UDC's until proper seal off the Secondary Piping can be
maintained.
Note: I did not attempt to perform hydrostatic testing of the Turbine Piping Sumps or UDC's at this
testing event, due to the condition of the test seal off boots.
All tests marked "Fail"and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in
the COMMENTS section.
