The plan is to investigate
soil and groundwater under the septic discharge area for the former car wash and parts washer. Facility was using on site septic(unpermitted)
before connecting to City of Stockton sewer circa 1984,when the City required a"grease trap"before discharging to the city sewer
system(the tank was initially registered as a UST but was later reversed). Based on what is eventually identified at the area of suspected contamination
(CAM-17,solvent,TPH,VOC,grease and oil, etc.)and the calculated residual mass,a decision will be made if additional remediation is required,
or if closure is acceptable based on the cleanup goals on the Contract, risk assessment, screening levels, and site conceptual model.
Anticipated mitigation measures, long term monitoring, & deed restrictions (if known):
Please describe the cleanup goals defined in the remedial action agreement:
Soil tba
Groundwater tba
Published December 10, 2021 Updated December 17, 2021
